Join us for an evening of elegance at the 2026 Secret Garden Prom.

The 2026 CLC Prom will be an elegant evening of music, dancing, and friendship, complete with a beautifully styled charcuterie spread, clean DJ music, and a fun photo booth.

Please carefully review the information below and ensure that your student reads it as well, so everyone is aware of what to expect. Our goal is to provide a safe, enjoyable, and memorable evening for all. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Eligibility

  • Open to homeschooled high school students only and their guest(s)
  • All attendees must be ages 14–20
  • Middle school students are not permitted
  • Students registering must be homeschooled
  • Guests do not need to be homeschooled, but must attend as the guest of a homeschooled student

Prom Attire

Traditional Semi-Formal/Formal | Modest Wear Required
  • Dresses must be knee-length or longer
  • Spaghetti straps are allowed if the dress provides appropriate and complete coverage
  • Dresses must meet modesty standards
  • CLC will have XL T-shirts available for dresses deemed inappropriate, or entrance may be denied without refund
  • Gentlemen may wear a tuxedo or suit (no jeans)

  • A beautifully styled charcuterie spread featuring artisanal cheeses, meats, veggies, fruits, sweets, and more - perfect for mingling and making memories.

Tickets & Pricing

  • $55 per person beginning 12/1/25
  • Ticket price increases to $65 per person on 3/1/26
  • Tickets are not guaranteed until both registration and payment are completed on the CLC website
  • No refunds on tickets; all funds are used directly for the event
  • No tickets sold at the door
  • Tickets must be purchased online or at co-op before the prom
  • Student names will be on a guest list at the door; no physical tickets are required

Registration

Register through the CLC website by navigating to the Calendar and selecting April 10, 2026.
Please note: funds are put to immediate use, and refunds are not available.

Prom Night Details

  • Doors open at 6:30 PM
  • Guests are encouraged to arrive on time
  • The evening includes the charcuterie food table, followed by dancing until 10:00 PM
  • Comfortable shoes are recommended

Song Requests

We would love your input in helping shape the music for prom! Students who are registered for the event may submit up to four (4) clean and appropriate song requests. All requests will be reviewed by our DJ and are not guaranteed to be played, so please make sure your registration and payment are complete before submitting your song requests [here].

Requirements & Expectations

To maintain a safe and secure environment, all attendees and guests must meet the following requirements:

  1. Follow all CLC rules, policies, procedures, and illness policy
  2. Be at least 14 years old, currently enrolled in high school, and no older than 20
  3. Be a high school freshman or older (CLC students, non-CLC homeschool students, or their guests)
  4. No criminal record or history of arrests
    • Guests under 18 must have parent/guardian consent for a background check if requested
  5. Only approved, background-checked CLC parents will serve as chaperones
  6. Not currently suspended or expelled from any school
  7. No significant behavioral issues at current or previous schools
  8. Attend only if in good health; please stay home if unwell
  9. Public displays of affection are not permitted
  10. Attendees are expected to behave respectfully throughout the evening
  11. We want everyone to have a great time! Follow the guidelines, enjoy the music and dancing, make memories with friends, and help keep the evening fun and respectful for everyone.
By registering for the prom, you agree to all of the above terms. Failure to meet these requirements may result in removal from the event without refund.

Prom Participation Agreement & Liability Waiver

*By registering for the Covenant Light Homeschool Co-op Homeschool Prom, the parent/guardian and student agree to the terms above. In addition, the parent/guardian and student acknowledge and understand that participation in this event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or property loss.


The parent/guardian voluntarily agrees to assume all risks associated with participation and hereby releases, waives, and holds harmless Covenant Light Homeschool Co-op, its board members, volunteers, chaperones, and event staff from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in this event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.


The parent/guardian further acknowledges responsibility for the student’s conduct and agrees that failure to comply with CLC rules or policies may result in removal from the event without refund.
